Hello everyone. I came to Estefania in order to have my first constellation, I wanted to deal with anger, since it was impossible for me to carry out my daily life. I first tried psychological therapy, but I had no results (yes in other areas, but not in anger). So after a lot of research I came across Estefania on the Internet and after doing a little research I got her contact. Estefania listened to me, put together a map of my family (what I remembered) and guided me through my emotions and physical feelings. As we progressed in the consultation I felt understood and very comfortable. He knew how to handle every situation that arose with complete calm. At the end of the consultation I felt relieved, the anger had disappeared and along with it went the back pain and the bad feeling in my stomach (I had arrived feeling this physically).
